Features of consumption of Royal Jelly
It is recommended to be consumed as it is prior to breakfast for a period of 20 days.
Indicative doses:
0,5gr per day for adults
1/10gr for children
Alternatively it is recommended the mixing of bottle in 450gr of diffluent honey and the consumption of a table-spoon full every morning (for children a tea spoon).

Conservation of Royal Jelly
It is conserved at a temperature of 5 degrees C (home fridge) up to 6 months and refrigeration up to 12 months; it deteriorates due to air, light and metallic utensils.
